2 YEARS of PARINEETI CHOPRA'S - BUILT THAT WAY CAMPAIGN

The scarcity of Parineeti Chopra for the better part of 2015 worried her fans and followers... Though there were random tweets from her and articles with all sorts of suggestions for her absense, Parineeti was missed and curious fans were almost killed by the cat!!! In December 2015, Parineeti Chopra tweeted that she had something really special and important to share and the next day she launched her "BUILT THAT WAY CAMPAIGN" which included a collection of photos of herself currently and an open letter to all about her tramsormation process to becoming her fittest self. Parineeti had spent her days of absense from social media and media in general, working on her health, diet, fitness and physique. Admittedly in her note, she explains how she had always struggled with her weight and obesity at certain stages in her life... She fell ill a lot more, was lethargic, emotional and generally dissatisfied. When one looked at Parineeti Chopra's Built That Way Campaign photo shoot, it was astounding enough to make you go weak in the knees. The actress had lost oodles of weight. Her body was "picture perfect", well toned, muscular in all the right places and tremendously sexy at that too. Parineeti Chopra explained that it wasn't easy, it took a lot of determination and self-discipline. She claimed to never really follow a diet as she loved food too much but she was definitely more conscious about what she ate and the quantities she ate them in. She also said that she would get bored of a regular gym regime so as part of her exercise she learned Kalaripayattu which is an ancient form of Martial Arts and she added that any other form of exercise, be it swimming as well is what she maintained. Parineeti Chopra spoke of the benefits of drinking water and having enough sleep which helped in her process of becoming fit, adding that she had her last meal at 8pm. I myself, the author of this article is someone who, just like Parineeti, has struggled with my weight all my life and being such a dedicated fan of Parineeti's and admirer of her tramsormation, I've been so motivated and inspired by her that even I am working on becoming fitter. It's tough, and when it feels like I'm slipping, I look up at the posters of Parineeti Chopra's BUILT THAT WAY CAMPAIGN in my exercise room or her photos in my phone's gallery and I'm right back on track. Across the globe, Parineeti Chopra has inspired, motivated and been the reason for thousands of people becoming fitter. Chopra maintains her super shapely and toned body and has made her eating and exercising patterns a part of her lifestyle. Today, two years later, Parineeti Chopra is still a source of inspiration and motivation and she will always be... Parineeti, we salute you and your dedication and we admire how you maintain your fitness above it all.
