She is the most modest person we know, always shying away from praises and compliments. She never does anything for the sake of doing it, each of her moves are carefully thought out, planned and stratergized. She is worthy of many a praise ... where to start?!! 1. REENA MALHOTRA - THE DAUGHTER ... Born and raised in Kenya, Africa. She's an NRI by birth. She was raised in a close-knit family where music, books and art was the order of the day. Her parents were open-minded and allowed her and her siblings to experience and partake in all festivities across religions and cultures. She was exposed to a powerful dose of both English and Indian music as she was raised. Her parents travelled often so she was also exposed to the cultures and ways of the world. 2. REENA MALHOTRA CHOPRA - THE LOVER & WIFE... As a young woman, whilst studying in India, Reena Malhotra met her love Mr Pawan Chopra at one of his live singing concerts and the two were attracted to each other... she later married Mr Chopra. Leaving her life and family in Kenya to settled down in Ambala, Punjab with a whole new lifestyle, new values, opinions and expecations... Woah!!! Reena Chopra could not speak Hindi or Punjabi fluently and learnt along the way... Her fluency in both languages are now more accurate than those who's first language it is!!! 3. REENA MALHOTRA CHOPRA - THE MOTHER ... It takes a very very special kind of person to give birth to and raise three amazing children, nurturing them through their milestones, guiding them along their paths to freedom of choice, freedom of expression and allowing them to develop their own personalities without stifling them. Reena Chopra is the proud mother of her England Educated and qualified Investment Banker and now Bollywood Actress daughter Parineeti Chopra and to her sons Sahaj Chopra, a successful entrepreneur at such a tender age and Shivang Chopra, a Medical Doctor in the making. Having three children whose age differences required her individual attention along every step of their life, in different ways and for different reasons could never have been easy but Reena Chopra has flown through the past 29 years with excellence and her meritted proof are her three beautiful and powerful children. Though her children are adults, almost ready to start their own families, Reena Chopra is still able to spread and divide herself in three ways and across three cities to be there to support, love and guide her children. 4. REENA MALHOTRA CHOPRA - THE ARTIST, THE TOURIST & THE ALL-ROUNDER ... Art comes in many a form but for Reena Chopra, she's pure genius at what she does. She is a wonderous painter, her work is really something to marvel at. She recently had her first successful painting exhibition in Delhi and we're sure that there are many more to come. Her paintings have deep meanings and each has it's own interesting story to tell. Speaking of stories, Reena Chopra is one of the finest writers we've come across. She has a magical way with words and her knack of combining fact with fiction and adding a drizzle of humour here and there always makes for a perfect read. She's our favourite blogger and we all wait in anticipation for when her next blog will be published. Her writings tell many a tale and a few with some pretty hard-hitting life lessons too. Her ability to write so conversationally allows the reader to feel as if they're in that moment, totally captivating and also impactful on many peoples lives. She is genius at what she does. Amongst many other art forms, Reena Chopra has a great photography skill. Her captures are breath-taking. Her love for travel and exploring places is the ideal platform for her to use her creative photography skill whilst capturing backgrounds, architecture, nature and tourist destinations so exquisitely. She enjoys gardening, has a beautiful garden, full of the freshest vegetables and stunning flowers which she maintains with pride ... she definitely has green-fingers. Reena Chopra also enjoys swimming, tasting different cuisines from around the world be we have reason to believe that she's quite a cook too. Woahhhh, the list doesn't end!!! 5. OUR ODE TO REENA MALHOTRA CHOPRA ON HER BIRTHDAY - 30/12/2017 Dearest Reena Chopra, you are for us, what symbolizes THE EMPOWERED INDAN WOMAN!!! You are for us, an UNSUNG-HERO who deserves to be celebrated and cherished daily. You inspire and motivate us youngsters with your talent, love and support. When you're happy and smiling, it makes us really glad and having said that, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for supporting and tolerating us Parizaadez, we are a heavy bunch to handle but you manage us with the utmost respect and humility. We are really appreciative of this. The saying goes that "Wisdom comes with age"... BUT for us, YOU are WISDOM!!!
